The Climate and Weather of Ancient Babylon

Babylon is very hot and arid in the summers, and cold in the winter. In Babylon dust storms occur frequently. However, dust storms usually only occur on the flat floodplains. They occur on the floodplains between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers.
